Professional Assurance and Testing, Inc. provided quality control management, inspection, and testing

during construction of 17 miles of Generals Highway, including rehabilitation of 4 parking lots between

Wolverton Road and Redwood Overlook. Additionally, the mainline portion of the project included the

rehabilitation of a single and triple barrel box culvert constructed in the 1940’s. The also project

included cold recycling of the existing surface, placement of new asphalt at a depth of 3”, numerous

drainage improvements, and nearly 65,000 lineal feet of slip formed curb and gutter.
